This policy gives donors a simple overview of how contributions are handled.

Donation handling

Donations support LADA’s mission, education, advocacy, website operations, governance, and related organizational work.

Refunds

If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or unauthorized, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation case by case with the payment processor and applicable law.

Receipts

LAADA is not currently a registered charity and cannot issue official charitable donation receipts. Donors receive a payment confirmation or acknowledgment for their records.
